The Narcotics Management Bureau (NCB) on Wednesday arrested the son-in-law of Maharashtra cupboard minister and NCP chief Nawab Malik in a medication case.

Sameer Khan, Mr Malik’s son-in-law, was referred to as for questioning on the NCB’s Ballard Property workplace in South Mumbai within the morning.

Sameer Khan reached the workplace at 10 am and was arrested after a number of hours of questioning, an official of the central company mentioned.

He had been summoned by the company after it discovered an alleged on-line transaction of Rs 20,000 between him and one of many accused within the medication case wherein British nationwide Karan Sajnani and two others have been arrested final week, sources mentioned.
